1. Place your cursor in the row of the lab form you wish to add to the list. 2. Press “CTRL D” or click “ADD” 3. Repeat, add as many lab forms as you wish. You can delete any lab form from the list you want, highlight the row(s) and press the DELETE key on your keyboard. 4. Click “MAKE REPORT”.
